We all have those days where one minute we’re lounging around the house feeling fine, and the next we’re hit by a sudden wave of intense panic, feeling like there’s so much to be done. On days like this, the only way we can settle ourselves is by doing something we see as productive.
Read a book: As an avid reader, curling up with a good book always seems to calm my nerves. To me, reading is very soothing, making it perfect for times in which I feel uneasy. Try checking out a novel you’ve been wanting to read for a long time, but haven’t had the chance to. This could be a classic, or a recommendation from a friend.
